Assessment Management
& Quality Control
Assessment management
One of the biggest challenges facing companies especially those managing large national portfolios, is how do you manage multiple assessors working across the UK.
Quidvis RMS will provide the companies carrying out the assessments with the ability to run reports on the progress and efficiency of the assessments being carried out.
Reports will quickly identify:
- Which assessor has assessed which properties
- What stage of the assessment the assessor is at
- Is the assessment running to time or is it overschedule
- Was there any access issues getting into the property or areas
The assessments are created automatically as the assessor enters the information on their device. This allows supervising staff to review the assessment as its being carried out. They can’t change any information (only the assessor can do that), however, it allows them to catch any concerns over quality as early as possible.
By using the QuidvisRisk, companies will be able to use competent assessors from all over the country and still guarantee consistency and continuity. By having the ability to use regional assessors or companies will reduce their timescales, expenses, and carbon footprint.
Quality control
Assessment companies can use the QC area to review any assessment being carried out by their assessors. They can review the assessment at all stages, while it is in progress or when it is marked as complete. This helps assessment companies with multiple assessors to ensure the quality and detail expected is being maintained.
As soon as the assessor hits ‘Assessment Complete’ on their device, they will be able to review the assessment they have just completed. They don’t have to return to their office, they can access the Quality Control area securely from a laptop anywhere.
Assessors can quickly review all details captured due to the unique way in which the assessment is displayed on the QRMS system. The assessor can view all areas of the assessment and make additions and amendments where required.
QRMS will record those areas that have been reviewed and what was edited. During quality control, they will be able to view exactly what the property owner will see including the dynamic pdf, which will automatically update when changes are made to the system.
Permission levels can be set to allow an assessor to Quality control their work and release it to the property owner straight away or require a second Quality Check by a peer or senior assessor before the fire risk assessment is released. The system will record when it was checked and by whom. The assessment can then be released to the property owner.
